Fulfillment Policy
This Fulfillment Policy informs you about our digital product delivery and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for products purchased on our website.
DELIVERY POLICYAt Lowgo Stock, we sell digital products and render service remotely. We deliver our products to clients via emails, texts and other digital means.
REFUNDSWe may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If no service is provided in a timely fashion, e.g. within one week of order placement date.
- If after several attempts the service is not completed in a fashion satisfactory to the client.
Customers may request a refund within seven (7) days following receipt of the service.
EXCEPTIONSWe may refuse to grant a refund if:
- You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
- You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
- You received the service/product, but failed to make a complaint within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- If the work has not started, a full refund may be given.
- If the work has been started, Lowgo Stock may retain an appropriate portion of paid amount.
If after repeated attempts by Lowgo Stock to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of services, the client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Lowgo Stock's requests, and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project may, at the option of Lowgo Stock, be abandoned, whereupon Lowgo Stock would reduce any refund for services to the client to zero. The client hereby agrees to such forfeiture of any amounts of the fees that have been paid to Lowgo Stock by the client for services.
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINTIf you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you may contact us via email at contact@lowgostock.com or by calling 864-756-1452, stating your complaints, and we will address your concerns. Refunds are issued at our discretion, as they may be accepted or rejected.
